Kim Knight is the U.S.G.L. Initiation Training Coordinator and Western States Initiation Secretary. She also serves as the High Priestess of Psyche Eros Chapter, and as a Sovereign Grand Inspector General of the Order. Her areas of work in O.T.O. focus on organizational process, simplifying and refining initiation performance and process for local bodies.
